We staff projects by area so you're not crossing Houston twice a day. Tell us where you'll work and we'll schedule you there.

Projects are scheduled ahead. If you have another job, school, or a family to work around, tell us your days and we'll build around them.

What a project actually looks like.
Before the day
You get the plan, the address, the timing, and what the family needs.
On site
A crew lead runs the job, you work the plan, you take breaks, and you're never sent in alone to figure it out.
After
Hours logged same day, paid on our regular cycle, and feedback goes both directions.

Home Organizing Specialist
Part-time W-2 employee · As-needed project schedule · Entry level welcome
$16 to $20 an hour
Not every family we help is moving. Many just need a home that works again: a garage they can park in, a closet they can use, a house that's grown too full to manage. These are shorter projects, often a single day or a few sessions, and you're frequently the only Harbor Lane person in the home. That makes you the whole experience for that client.

Senior Move Specialist
Part-time W-2 employee · As-needed project schedule · Entry level welcome
$18 to $22 an hour
This is the heart of what we do. You'll work inside a client's home helping an older adult sort a lifetime of belongings, pack what's coming with them, and unpack it on the other end so the new place feels like home on the first night. The work is physical and it is emotional, and the families remember the person who did it well.

Crew Lead

You run the job on site. You hold the plan, direct the crew, keep the client calm and informed, and make the call when something unexpected turns up, because on this work something always does.

You answer the question every family asks first: will it fit? You measure the new home, build a to-scale furniture plan, and hand the crew a layout that means heavy pieces get placed once, correctly.
