Cost and how we're paid
Every plan is priced for the specific home and family, so there's no flat sticker price. Cost depends on the size of the home, which services you use, and the timeline. You get an honest range up front from the plan builder, confirmed after a short walkthrough, before you commit to anything.
What we do (and don't)
A senior move manager plans and runs the whole transition so the family doesn't have to. That means sorting and downsizing, space planning, packing and move day, settling into the new home, and clearing the old one, all coordinated by one team.
Timeline and area
Most transitions run somewhere between a few weeks and a few months, depending on the size of the home and how much sorting is involved. With more time we pace it gently, and with a deadline we compress it with more hands.
Trust and safety
Yes, Harbor Lane is insured and bonded, so your belongings and your home are protected the entire time we work.
