Harbor Lane.

For libraries, churches and community groups

Good for yourcommunity, long before anyone needs us.

Most families meet us at a library program, a church social or a park day, not in a crisis. We bring things that help, and we leave the sales pitch at home.

03How referring works

Referring takes two minutes.

  1. 01

    Make the introduction

Use the form below, give us a call, or simply hand the family our number.

  2. 02

We reach out and build the plan

Within one business day we contact the family, listen, and put together a phased plan with an honest cost range.

  3. 03

    You stay informed

You choose how much you want to know, and we keep you posted through to the finish.

04Refer a family

Want us at your next event?

Tell us the date and the crowd, and we'll take it from there.

05Standing relationships

Want a standingrelationship?

If you refer families regularly, or you'd like us to run a lunch-and-learn for your team, let's set up a direct line.

We also bring The Front Porch, a pop-up book cart, to community events and senior living communities across Greater Houston.
